Wash and Dry Inside Out
A simple step to help maintain the quality of your t-shirt.
Use Low Temperatures & Gentle Detergents
High heat and harsh detergents can shorten your t-shirt’s lifespan.
Avoid Excessive Spinning
Too much spinning can cause unnecessary wear and tear.
Air Dry When Possible
If using a dryer, avoid heavy items like coats or blankets.
Iron Inside Out on Low Heat
Keep the design safe by starting with a lower heat setting.

Processing Time
Each order is made to order, so please allow 5–7 business days for processing. Most orders ship within about 4 business days.
Orders placed before 3:00 PM (MST), Monday–Friday, begin processing the same business day.

Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days.
Tracking
A tracking link will be emailed to you once your order ships. Tracking usually becomes active within 24–48 hours.

Defective or Damaged Items
If something arrives damaged or defective, send us a photo within 4 days of delivery, and we’ll take care of it.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
Custom or print-to-order items are final sale unless defective.
Refunds

Our shirts are light, soft, and about to be worn four days straight. Something wrong? Tell us, we'll make it right (eventually)!
Your shirt gets printed after you buy it (here in the US) so there's no landfill full of leftover dog shirts.
The inks are water-based, which is easier on the people doing the printing, and on whatever river is downstream of them. The blanks come from factories certified for how they treat people, which shouldn't be a selling point and somehow still is.
Each shirt, made for each person, who specifically wanted this dog on it. That's the whole operation.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. If something isn't right, reach out at support@taco-dog.com with your order number and we'll take care of it.
Each order is printed on demand — made after you place it, not pulled from a shelf. Production takes 2–5 business days, then shipping adds a few more. US orders typically arrive within 7–12 business days. You'll get a tracking number once it ships.
Yes — orders over $75 ship free within the US. If you're close to the threshold, a second shirt is usually the right call.
The most reliable method: grab a shirt you already own that fits the way you want this one to fit, measure it flat across the chest, and compare it to the size chart on the product page. These are unisex fits and run on the relaxed side — when in doubt, that method beats guessing.
T-shirts are Bella + Canvas 3001 — 100% combed and ring-spun cotton, except heather colors which are a cotton-poly blend. Sweatshirts and hoodies are Gildan cotton-poly blends. All of it washes well; cold water, tumble dry low, don't overthink it.
If you take really good care of your clothes, then you should wash everything inside out on cold & line dry it - but who's got time for that?
