1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for items purchased from TacoDog under the following
conditions:

  • Return Window: Items can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Condition of Items: Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. Items that show signs of wear, washing, damage, or alteration are not eligible for return.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are not eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons. This includes worn, washed, or used apparel items, as well as items without original tags or packaging.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

    with your order number and reason for return.
  • Ship the Item: Securely package the item and send it back.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • At this point we aren't able to offer pre-paid return shipping (we're just not Amazon) Please carefully package the item and include your ORDER #. 

4. Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund under the following conditions:

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. If the original payment method is no longer available, a store credit may be issued.
  • Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 14 business days after we receive the returned item. You will receive an email notification when the refund has been processed.

5. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item, please go ahead and use the same method as above.

6. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item please use the form here! cUnfortunately, it does happen occasionally that you will receive someone else's shirt or there will be a defect in the print quality - we would LOVE to get you the right/undamaged item & apologize for the mistake! Just let us know & send an image of the shirt & we will get it on the way ASAP!! 

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after the specified processing time:

  • Check Your Bank Account: Sometimes refunds take time to be officially posted.
  • Contact Your Bank or Credit Card Company: There may be a delay before the refund is posted to your account.
