We do need an image of the offending item!

• If the item is damaged: please include the damaged area & some of the print in the photo.
• If you received the wrong item - just a photo of it is fine (sorry about that!)
• If the item is totally different from the size chart: take a measuring tape & lay it over the shirt in the image so I can show the printer how different the measurement is from the chart!
